Consignment and responsible disposition

Every removed item ends in a defined state: keep, sell/consign, donate, recycle, or dispose. Consignment is a written agency relationship - not a handshake. We accept items expected to sell around $150+ unless they bundle. 21-30 day window. You pre-select return, donation, markdown, or disposal if it does not sell. Payout after funds clear.

• ~30% commission of realized sale; minimum per item
• Written consignment before anything leaves the driveway
• No warehouse of maybes - low-value items do not get stored
• Donation and recycling routed when that is the honest end state
